Digitally remastered two CD set containing a quartet of albums from the rock 'n' roll pioneer: Whole Lotta Shakin', King Of Rock, Greatest Hits and On Top. Carl Perkins' Whole Lotta Shakin' album was originally released on Columbia in 1958. King Of Rock is a mixture of tracks from 1963 and 1968 whilst Greatest Hits is a re-recording of Perkins' Sun material. On Top dates from 1969 and is a country, rock and soul album. One of the all-time greats and influences, Perkins' style and material has more than stood the test of time.
